Dates & Time

The group meets virtually for a 90 minute session every week for 8 consecutive weeks.

New groups open regularly; complete the application form to receive information about upcoming dates and meeting times.

Small Group Format

Groups are intentionally kept to 10  participants or fewer to ensure an intimate, personalized, and deeply supportive experience.
